Our story began in the heart of Eastern Europe, where we have been passionate about the food industry for over 20 years, offering spices, marinades, ingredients, and technological solutions for manufacturers and professionals in the Horeca sector.

Then, in 2014, our founder Valerio embarked on a journey through Italy to immerse himself in the local culture, history, and, of course, cuisine. His passion was to study local traditions and gain experience to discover new knowledge and culinary masterpieces.

Due to geopolitical changes in Europe, the scenario changed. Inspired by Italian culture, traditions, and cuisine, Valerio decided to stay in Italy and found a company specializing in the sale of spices, ingredients, and services for manufacturers. Part of our team also moved to Southern Europe to apply their knowledge and experience in the markets of Italy and other European countries.

However, encountering Italian traditions and flavors turned out to be not as easy as expected. We faced the challenge of meeting the special quality standards valued in Italy. By adhering to local traditions and preferences, we develop our spices and recipes to satisfy the taste preferences of Italian consumers. We strive to choose only the highest quality spices and apply modern production technologies to ensure that our products meet the highest standards loved and appreciated in Italy.
